I went a lookin for good articles, but they are mostly "pay per view" articles.

I know that it's helped me tremendously with head pressure. I started taking 2500 mgs (in 2 divided doses), and now have reduced it to 1250 mgs once daily. It may be why I'm tolerating the red root better this time around though!
