Infrared saunas conflicting data on near vs far for Lyme & coinfections

Kct, I was recently in communication with a member who has been very well for 10+ years and they swore that purchasing a portable infrared sauna was one of the best things they ever did. I can't get a permanent one right now because the basement isn't finished, so I am purchasing a portable one myself.

Don't think it will kill spirochetes. It will help with detox - the skin is the largest organ in the body and sauna will help reduce the toxins that normally would go through the other organs such as the kidney.
