I make tortillas and then I cut them up and fry them in olive oil and make my own chips.
Then I know exactly what I am eating. I don't eat stuff in a bag or a box. When I read that bag or box it has stuff I cannot pronounce.
Can't say it, don't eat it.
Sounds good, a lot of work though LOL. How do you make tortillas from scratch ? Non-GMO corn flour, Red Mill brand?
For the price, these are a great healthy "lazy" snack, unless one has a corn allergy. These Tostitos only have a total of three ingredients, organic non-GMO corn, sunflower oil, sea salt.. Thats a first from a big name. Zero chemicals. And NON-GMO. For less than $4.I use Red Mill. I definitely will look into these chips. We rarely have chips and mine certainly do not taste like those out of package. My always are a little thick. I would love a press, but I roll mine. I just can't justify a press when I make them maybe twice a year.
