tired after eating?

I get an increase in heart palpitations after I eat, especially if it's something sweet. I don't know why there's an increase in symptoms post meals. Maybe someone on here will know! No, I KNOW someone on here will know! Haha!

Food and chemical sensitivities due to an impaired immune system, methylation cycle, adrenal issues, candida. Fatigue, hyperactivity, rage, irritability, depression, increased heart rate, etc. Many common symptoms. Though, one thing about candida/fungus/mold, at least for me, the symptoms are noticeably different. The symptoms feel more "alive." I don't know if you guys experience anything similar.

For non-fungal issues, I'll say, basic methylation supplementation helped a lot. I'd used to eat food and be completely ruined for the day. Now, I can get some things down.

I'm afraid I can't help much more than this, but just do what you can to figure things out, and don't worry your heads too much, if possible. Added stress won't help, goes without saying. Also, shying away from foods, at least not for the long-term, won't help, because you need variety.

I have candida issues and forever have been suffering with it and get that walking zombie feeling after eating.

It's terrible in the day because the tiredness can feel so bad I feel like I might pass out, can barely keep my eyes open or form a sentence.

My nutritionist has a plan I'm starting which is a minimum 3 months, not sure what she's planned afterwards. Strangely I think the Lyme protocol helped with my candida, but it's not designed for it. You need to design a candida protocol and stick to it long term.

I'm starting to think the worst of my symptoms are actually candida induced and not Lyme.
