Good morning from wacky weather Colorado!

Yesterday I received advanced biotic from vital plan ( Dr. Rawls). It has delivered a bit of a punch! The ingredients are JK, cats claw, Andrographis, garlic, smilax, Berberine. I am used to the first three of course, but one of the other ingredients has caused quite a stir. Perhaps the garlic. It is in higher measure than the others. Anybody know anything of the latter 3? Are they anti spirochete?

When you say you got a punch, what type of punch? If you got stomach irritation or bowel irritation, I would suspect the garlic. It can take awhile to get used to that.


Garlic is antimicrobial, antifungal and antiviral.

I think garlic is such a healthy food. It just makes bad breath when chewed.

Gave me an all over herx in all the familiar places. My stomach is fine. No after taste with this type of garlic, by the way.
