What I would ask is why not do the full protocol? I've not seen many that can piece together a protocol by taking a little of this and a little of that protocol and still heal. Usually, the protocols are put together carefully, with herbs that will act synergistically. Take Buhner's protocol for example - although he gives alternatives for those that wish to use or can't use an herb or two, but for the most part, he guides a person through the process of choosing the herbs by starting with the ones that are most commonly used, and if you find that you can't use one of the herbs, he has a different one to try.
While what PeteZa said is true, that no one has a corner on market of a cure - we should be looking to those that have spent many years studying these infections to guide us through this process - there is simply no way we can learn everything they did before we heal. Looking to those that have walked before us will lead to the majority finding healing.
I do completely agree with PeteZa on the starting slow - one drop at a time to be sure you know how sensitive you are to each herb/product and then raising the doses slowly. This will allow you to get out of an allergic reaction, should one occur, more quickly, and it will lower the chances of serious herxing that can also stop the healing process.
But, yes, if you are absolutely set on using these three items, I would suggest that you start them one at a time, but the plan would be to use them concurrently. The Lyme bacteria is one of the most complex bacteria known - that's why it's such a bugger to treat!
