I have those too. lol I have a few different nerve sensations:

I have nervous system shivers (not seen on the outside)
I have vibrations (they're a different feeling)
I have something that feels like a motor is running inside me...maybe like a tiny earthquake would describe it.

Then there were the tremors - that are visible on the outside (the shakes)
