Son's symptoms - please tell me they are med induced and reversible

After I started antibiotics I spent a lot of time this winter like that. Curled up, hands over my ears, going from angry rage to deep depression. Couldn't think, overwhelmed with fear. Crying everyday, especially in the mornings. I thought I was going insane. Everything felt dark, scary, and bad.
When you start killing these bugs they release biotoxins that can REALLY mess with your head.
After several months of treatment, I still have some issues, but mentally I am doing much better.
Try to remember your son the way he was, and the way he will be again.

Things that helped me through the bad days:
Calm, quiet, stress free place to struggle through the madness
My dog, always nice to have a unconditional loving friend around.
Valarien tea, sometimes we need a little help calming down.

It's a ugly, scary ride, but be strong and have faith. It will get better.

Before I forget rage can be a bartonella/mycoplasma combo. Totally fixable of course

I wasn't able to read through all comments - just wanted to make sure you are careful with sun & mino. Sunscreen is a must!

Mino doesn't affect me that way...Doxy did though.

But, good idea to wear sunscreen anyway.

Hmmm... i got neuropathy with doxy and it says sun sensitivity with mino too. I don't want to test it out. My doc took me off for our beach vaca.

When I was on doxy...I had sunscreen on and I still burned in less than half hour of sun. It was a weird burn though...I had little bumps on the backs of my hands.

When I was on mino - I still put the sunscreen on...and just tested it out - cautiously - and I was fine...no burns even after an hour in the sun.

But it still could cause an issue for some people...so good to be aware...and sunscreen is always good.

Yeeees Peteza, I was reading that for children and teenagers mycoplasma is a commonly missed one and that if you don't treat it you won't reach remission. But a lot of abx hit it you have to be patient with it
