Ozone concentration question

I've been doing rectal insufflations off and on for awhile. I usually do them at 40 gamma and a flow rate of 1/8.
But lately I've been doing them at 54 gamma with a flow rate of 1/16. I've searched all over the web and the accepted range for efficacy is 20-40 gamma. However, I've never experienced any benefit or felt much of anything at 40 gamma.
So I'm wondering if it is safe to do them daily at 54 gamma?

BigSky-I found this site and this specific page. The info you are looking for is about halfway down the page. He and Dr Rowan are considered the guru's of Ozone.
