Post HBOT treatment

Hi,
After HBOT, it drives the spirochetes out of your cells/etc so should I be taking something to expel them out of my body? If I don't do anything after my HBOT session won't they just bury back into my body?

no one explains these things hwen they sell you these treatments. ahhhh please shed some light.
I don't take anything post treatment maybe an Epsom salt bath at the most or Biomat.

Lymehater - are you not in treatment?

I wouldn't use HBOT as a stand alone treatment

I could envision doing hbot if I ran out of other options. Over on the lymenet flash forum there's a long thread on mild hbot you might find useful.

I am on herbals but haven't been religious about it since I haven't herxed or felt any difference
right now I just do biomat, diet and sauna.
