I am thinking of trying to get my mom into a place in Albany, NY. It's called the stram center for integrative medicine. Has anyone ever heard of this place? The Lyme dept is part of ILADS and affiliated with Dr H.

Kari - I hadn't hear of it. I did see some testimonials on the site - good reviews.

Before making a decision, I would want to know how they treat - what do they use? It looks like they use herbal protocols, but which herbs...etc.


So, THE Dr. H. endorses this facility?

Girlie-I see on the website that they use herbals, antibiotics, and they also do that ozone therapy that I had posted about. It says that they are trained through ILADS and each individually by Dr. H. My thinking is any doctor is better at this point than the doctor we're going to now.

I just looked at the site as well, and to be perfectly honest, it sounds like a pretty good place where you should be able to get the help you need with your Mom, KariW. Hopefully someone that's been there will post!
