The temperature of the bath should be about
98 degrees. You don't want it to be hot - as that can make you feel worse.
So fill up the tub - add in the epsom salts and hydrogen peroxide if you're also using that. Dry brush your skin and hop in.
You might want to limit your time to about
5 minutes the first time...see how you feel.
You can increase the heat once you test out the temperature...and raise it the next time if you like.
