Feeling pretty rough. Physically, im in pain, muscular and shooting nerve. Mentally, I feel wore out. Since my hive episode the other day im scared to take anything. Friends are all in new relationships, celebrating old ones, taking vacations....ughhhh!!! Today is a Lyme rally nearby and I cant make it due to feeling like crap plus the timing makes it so I wouldnt be able to make it to my 2nd shift job. I need to clean the house and dont even feel the energy to even take the trash out. Just. One. Of. Them. Days!!!

I'm so sorry, Trader! I just came through something similar. Those days are just hard!!!
Do be sure to stay on your protocols though, as you don't want to backslide either. I would consider lowering my dose of monolaurin though, and increasing the detoxing since you are convinced that this is related to a herx.
I hope this is short lived and you feel better soon!

I found doing busy work really distracted me. I had to do it slow and I had to make sure it wasn't something super important that needed detail, but just something to keep me busy and make the time of pain go by.

Hear hear! I came off a really amazing couple of weeks, then the roller coaster took a down-turn again. Distraction is very helpful, but commiserating is good too

Thanks all. Ill take my abx along to work, not sure I have to courage to pack the monolaurin though. Ill try to get some in me before bed. Just come out of a epsom bath, feel more relaxed...tired though too. Little achy. Normally id rest, but I need to get to work. Need the money. Besides, theres some real characters in there. Sometimes they can brighten your day pretty easy. Hopefully thats the case....off to work I go! Have a great day all.
