Question for Girlie....terrible shoulder pain

So, i've had two issues.

The first one was my initial lyme symptom - left shoulder blade area - radiating down arm and hand.
That one turned into nerve pain...and is still plaguing me today.

As time went on, the tops and fronts of both shoulders started to hurt - with certain movements. Putting on jackets was difficult, putting the seat belt on...
With treatment and time...the left shoulder (top and front) is completely better....the right one still has some pain...in the front of the shoulder.
It actually flared last year...and I think it coincided with a dosing change of Rifampin. I woke up early morning with excruciating pain further down..on the front of my right shoulder. I couldn't even lift my arm.
Went to my regular Dr. and she gave me a anti-inflammatory cream...which I used once.

Within a few days, it was much better...and continued to get better - to pre-flare state.

Currently, I still have a little bit of pain on the front of my right shoulder. I feel it the most when I am laying on my right side at night - and then flip over to my back...that's when I get a pang of pain.

My Physiotherapist has given me exercises to strengthen the muscles around the tendon (I think that's what she said) - with therabands.

I'm lucky in that it doesn't hurt while I'm laying on it..just when I flip on to my back...kind of strange.
It's fairly minor for me.

So, I'd say the bart treatment is what affected it the most.
I can't say if the physio exercises are helping...
