After I discovered other chiro methods..I dont like cracking anymore either. Plus it doesnt fix the muscle tension and thats whats pulling the joint(s) out in your neck.
In addition to what girlie mentioned there is also Active Release Technique various chiros and PT's sometimes do this. After they calm the muscles with this, they can easily get your neck back into position with minimal cracking- just slight movement. My inc covers it too. The longer youve been this way, the longer to correct.
