For me, I think it's a COMBINATION of things, not one thing.
1- iode in the air, in food.
2- less MOBILE phone antennas than in cities, less radiation exposure.
I'm a firm believer that EMR makes me very ill, it disturbs my body in so many ways.
3- earthing (barefoot walking, or direct skin contact with the sea or laying on the wet sand) COMBINED with less mobile phone antennas calms the ANS, and that gives a boost to the immune system, digestive system, circadian rhythms get better...
4- sea waves create negative ions. The same reason being near a waterfall gives you a boost, just by breathing the air, breathing beach air is full of negative ions too. It clears the mind, have antioxidative properties...
5- usually less pollution and nice winds coming from cleaner sea air to your lungs (not from urban polluted air)
6- low altitude = more oxygen, so more energy, more life.
Add some fresh sea food in the diet (full of minerals and iodine), chlorophyl from sea weeds, less stress: well, you got a good life-style + healthy recipe!
