Cytokine Remondulation

In searching a question on here, I ran across a thread about Buhner's steps to healing. Only after reading it here did I remember reading it in his book, and just realized I skipped step 2, Cytokine remodulation. I am taking max dose of the rest of his core protocol. Do I need to discontinue the herbs from steps 3-5 until I've taken the Red Sage and Chinese Skullcap for a while or just add the two herbs to my arsenal?

I agree with Girlie, just add them in one at a time so you can check to see if you handle them well.

Sorry, one more question. Have either of you used powder in these herbs? I do very well with powders and saw on pg 418 of Buhner's 2nd book "..generally 3-9 grams at a time...divided into three equal doses every four hours or so."

I know to start low and slow, but this reads a bit confusing for me. Is that a max dose per day of 3-9 grams divided into equal doses, or is that equal doses of 3-9 grams every 4 hours?

In which book buhner writes about it? I've read first edition of his Healing Lyme book and I don't remember it so is it in new edition?
