Mold - help interpreting please

My Mycotoxin (Realtime Labs) report just came back, I tested positive for 4 strains of mold:

Ochratoxin - 2.03500 (present if greater than 2.0)
Aflatoxin Group (B1,B2,G1.G2) - 1.65600 ppb (present if greater than 1.0)
Trichothecene Group (Macrocyclic) - 0.67000 ppb (present if greater than 0.2)
Gliotoxin Derivative - 4.75600 ppb (present if greater than 1.0)

I have an appointment with my LLMD next week, so in particular prior to that wanted to hear from some of you what my options are (treatment, e.g. medicine vs natural) and what questions I should have. Thanks!

I'm glad I did it since I had suspected mold. My previous doctor refused to have it done. It cost me around $700 though, I don't know if my insurance will cover it, my doctor said many won't. There is a cheaper test for $250 or so that you just use to swab the house instead of testing your own body – but for me that wasn't feasible since I've been moving around between places and could have been exposed in multiple ways.
