Tried Adreset in the past- reved me up too much. I think Rhodilia does that to me.
Tried d- ribose, nothing noticable, supposed to help with ATP energy process.

As for the adreset, oh yeah, it revved me up waaaay too much at the dose my llmd Rx'd; 2 pills per day. I told him about
this reaction he said I could take it "homeopathically" ie: a tiny bit in applesauce.
So I got me a handy dandy measuring spoon set in graduated sizes from 1/64 tsp up to 1/4 tsp. I restarted at 1/64 tsp per day and have titrated up now to 1/8 tsp and so far so good. I've done this over a 3 week period. Its about
finding that edge and working with that.
I've had similar issues with ashwagandha and rhodiola before but never thought to try micro dosing.
BTW, how are your workouts coming along?
