I used Psychokinesiology from dr. Klinghardt. Results come incredibly fast, and rather deep, depending on the problem...
He uses MFT ( mental field technique) with Psychokinesiology. What is nice is that the BODY is connected to the mind, so quite many symptoms, pain, blockades are caused by psycho blockades, and in the end, you can also treat that too.
Look for PK trained practitioners, maybe call Sophia Institute or so?
Here in Germany - Switzerland there are a few.
The PK practitioners sometimes have done ART courses too, so they can help you measure your supplements, lyme herbs, medicine etc too.
PK is coupled sometimes with Family Therapy following Hellinger, which is also a very deep type of treatment, going sometimes back to a few generations... But usually, most treatments are based on suggestions (looks like hypnosis), rapid eye movement treatments, color therapy and stuff like that.
I did not look for those treatments, but my practitioners were versed in PK, so they saw when some psycho problem came block my healing...
I highly recommend PK !! Fast, rather deep, not too invasive. I think some problems of mine would have taken years to solve.... What is nice is that sometimes they ask you to rate the pain, anxiety, etc. You give a note, let's say emotional pain, from 0 (no pain) to 10 (unbearable pain).
You give, let's say, 6 for you pain at the moment you talk to the practitioner.
Then you do a treatment for that problem, all kinesiologically tested, something that cancels that pain. Theoretically. Then you do some MFT, or whatever the tools the therapist use.
You breathe deep, wait 30 seconds (sometimes you need that time to let the transformation set in), then he asks again to give a rate for the pain. If the note goes down, let's say 3, it means the treatment is going on the good way.
Who gives the notes is the patient. And it is sometimes impressive, in my experience. Next session, you sometimes don't even remember what you were treating in the previous session!!
Does it look crazy and incredible? Yes, absolutely. If anyone had told me that before I went through it myself, it would be hard to believe.
It's not a coincidence many of his patients improve fast.
So again, if you find anyone practicing Klinghardt's PK, I would give a try!!
