Haven't seen under our skin yet girlie but I am going to. Chicken the links in that thread for 8 ball aren't working. Pirouette 8 ball has been removed from you tube due to copyright violation. Certainly it has to be for sale somewhere, people don't make films just to shelve them.

I just watched the end again...and when LLMD MR was flown to her home (when she wasn't doing well on the treatment for FL1953) - he prescribed her Cholestyramine I think? They don't mention what it was on the video ...but refer to it on their website.

She was significantly better within a few weeks.

4 years.

In the end of 8ball i dont think his sister makes it ...he couldnt get her treatment ..but some gr8 interview with richie shoemaker and heavy metal aspect

OMG!!!! Now feeling more hopeless than ever. If you watch this start at 1 hour and seven minutes into the film. The first hour is heartbreaking chronicling the slow death of the film makers sister. Very sad. The rest will just make you angry. Feels like I'm an unwilling participant in another version of the Tuskegee Experiment. Going to watch under our skin next. But first need to take a break. If it's anything like 8 ball in need to let my BP settle down first lol. Wow.

Under Our Skin has a lot of good information in it...it did make me somewhat emotional...but it was well worth it.

Make sure you follow it up with the Sequel - it shows how the 'stars' of the first documentary are doing several years later (is it 7 years...? I can't remember)


Justin and Christa - is heartbreaking - but a good ending...very good ending.

Speak while you can help where you may .nobody knows the power of the little honey bee (maybe they do, ccd?) But you have many little doses of a remedy in your yard .

I can't speak on ccd, I've never experienced it in my apiary. Most years I have a 100%overwinter success rate. May be because I'm not in a industrialized agriculture area idk. I also think a lot of the large percentage losses that are reported are reported by hobbyist beekeepers who just don't really have a handle on the proper husbandry required to keep bees. There is a ton of misinformation on you tube that leads new beeks down the wrong path. They think they can put them in a box, buy a flow hive LOL, and just turn on the spigot a few times a year. That is a recipe for failure. Bees are like any other livestock they require proper and constant care. One of the many reasons I'm bummed over this lymes, I haven't been able to tend my bees in 6 weeks.

im glad you watched it mike . many prefer to keep their head in the sand . the other vids are a easier watch and may offer hope. refinance now jk/ not really ...christie spent 320k on 4 years of tx
