Is their a difference between how lyme or bart affects the eye. I've been having eye pain in one eye and not sure if bart is coming back out. I really hate how many symptoms can be any of the infections.

Depending on who's symptom list you look at, you may get different answers is the problem. We know that Lyme and Bart both can affect the eyes though.
And I agree - if each infection had more 'clear cut' differences, this would be a lot easier!

Thank you Traveler. Nobody in my family understands how complicated these diseases are. You should be able to identify the problem and meds should fix it within a month. Pretty frustrating for everyone.

I agree! So many believe that this should be an "easy fix", when it really couldn't be further from the truth.
Hopefully someone that can help you identify the most accurate articles to read. The only way I know to do that is to go looking for scientific articles on each issue - and that would be assuming that there are articles that have been written (which, as you know, we lack a lot of!)

Loutucky -
Just wanted to add that I used to get stabbing take-your-breath-away eye pain from what I determined to be yeast/fungus overgrowth. They went away with other yeast/fungus sx after antifungals, tx.
So that's yet another possibility to add to your confusion but many people aren't even aware of y/f issues or sx (many overlap w/ Lyme & co) so I like to mention it.

Wow Pirouette! I didn't even consider that but it is possible with all the antibiotics I've been on
