Strange symptom - anyone have this? Sweating in odd places

For the past few years I have had sweating off and on - face, back, and backs of my hands.

Started treating Babesia - a few months ago...and after about a month in - I had a sweating episode - and it was on the backs of my hands and my knees. Sometimes with facial and back sweating, sometimes not.
Yes, my knees.

The last few weeks - it has changed...now it's changed to my shins.

What the heck?

Do you mean---sitting in a chair (inactive) and breaking out in a sweat?

My entire body loves to sweat... even in all the nooks and crannies. I've always been that way when I exercise or get hot (yes, back of knees, inside of elbows, eyelids).

But when I started treating I would have temperature surges and huge, quick swings and THAT would make me break out in a sweat even while sitting or sleeping.

When I started some of my tinctures, the soles of my feet and hands would sweat.

Weird, wild stuff.

So yes - inactive - not exercising.


So, last night - watching tv and my shins and backs of hands were only sweating.


why the shins? used to be the knees....is it moving it's way down the nerve path?

The more I look at the symptoms for Lyme and Co it's like "yep, yep, yep, yes, check..." Temperature dysregulation is one of these. I can't stand hot temperatures (hello summer!). I sweat into my blankets at night, I sweat after showering. I hear Borrelia is very heat intolerant which is the whole scientific basis behind fevers and saunas, the idea being that borrelia and co can't survive above (103 degrees F I'm guessing, some feverish temperature though, maybe why I sweat after hot shower ie. artificial fever) so that's why fevers mean your immune system is turning on. I have low grade fever seems like off an on. But sometimes my feet get so cold it feels almost like freezer burn. Weird wild stuff lol. Neuropathy! yay /s I feel like I haven't sweat normally in years. I used to be able to drench from head to toe during workout or outdoor work, but my nerves won't have it now must be demyelination damage from borreliosis and co.

Recently I've started sweating on the bottom of my feet while wearing my flip flops. I've also noticed my feet seem to sweat very easily and also get bright red. This has only happened since I started having all kinds of crazy symptoms and then found out I had lyme.

my wife has been sweating under her arms the last month or two. no she never sweats under her arms it seems to happen randomly. she's starting up babesia treatment in a few weeks so hopefully that will start the process of eradicating it.

I have strange sweats in the middle of the night sometimes, a lot of times it's right before or during the time of my period... A lot of my symptoms seem to flare up during this time actually..

The last two nights I woke up and I would feel a bit overheated but the only place i would be sweating is the back of my legs confused

I know I have bart, but haven't started treating it yet as I'm waiting in my herbs.. I can only image the herxes I'll get

I get hands and feet sweating. Then both get cold really easily. Keep heat pad on floor under my desk, both to dry out socks and warm up feet. Also, foot and calf cramps at night.

I sweat profusely in heat, but get cold quickly.

Was getting chest sweating at night, but that seems to have calmed down.

I remember when I could fill a pool with butt sweat. Disgusting, yes, embarassing, yes. Took Zithromax and biaxin on accident, was suppose to stop the zithro but didn't, ALL my sweating from my feet the my ass went away. Of course I sweat with exercise but before it was all the time even in cold whether. If someone touched me padded my shoulder I would sweat there.
