Bumps on ear cartilage

I've been noticing that one of my ears has small bumps under the skin. I've read that lyme likes cartilage. Could these be biofilm communities forming over cartilage?

I really don't know if we could feel the biofilms or not. I do know that Lyme likes the cartilage, but I don't know if it would create a bump that you could feel or not. Hopefully others will know!

It's more likely it's a cyst. However determining if it's Lyme or not may be hard. Since our bodies are being annihilated and rearrange from the inside any5hing can be causing it. Typically from what I've seen biofilms don't get to be the size of something u can feel on the surface. But these bug keep us guessing and tend to do whatever they want.

I guess I could have it removed being that it's right under the skin and examined under a microscope to see if there are spirochetes. It wouldn't be too invasive, I don't think
