Traveler - I just gave the link you included a quick going over. Another big WOW! And a huge THANK YOU!! My treatment is obviously nothing like what is recommended. Yikes.

Hi! I know they're not the normal symptoms for Lyme -- I haven't read anything about anyone with these symptoms, either.

So I've lost about 70 pounds in the last year. I was heavy to begin with, so I'm still in a healthy range, but still. I've lost a lot of scalp hair. I have a scalloped tongue, fatigue, and occasional GI issues. I have crazy dry skin, dizziness, anemia... hmm, I'm sure I'm forgetting somethings.

Some experience weight loss, some experience weight gain (me eyes), and some don't gain or loose weight.

Some have hair loss, and you should be sure that your thyroid is FULLY tested, as that is often an issue for us, but sometimes it's just the infections causing hair loss.

The Scalloped tongue is likely from yeast/fungal issues (although a few other things may cause this too).

The other things that Meganec listed are also pretty common among Lyme patients as well.

Hi! So I spoke to my PCP and she confirmed what we already knew. It's for sure Lyme disease. She is super angry at the cardiologist who missed it... says I should investigate/report it.

Only onwards and upwards from here!
