Tomorrow I head to the Bay area to see my LLMD. Appointment Friday. I'm not sure what she'll suggest. I'm tired of the ups and downs of treatment. I keep crashing/flaring/backsliding, something every month. I don't know which one it is. My good days are few and it's maddening!
I just want to nuke these infections! I feel like the dang spirochetes are like the cockroaches of the infectious world. They can survive just about anything! turn

You're from the Seattle area right? How did you choose your LLMD?

I wish you the best of luck on the flight, during your stay and with your doctor!! I hope they will be able to at least give you some insight into what's happening and can lead you out of this!

Please do let us know how the appt goes when you are up to it!

On a side note be prepared for tomorrow's heat. I assume you are flying into SFO and the doctor's new office is in an area that isn't as hot as other areas but tomorrow is expected to reach record highs across the entire area so dress accordingly and stop for lots of cold water.

Chick- the ups and downs are pretty normal and while frustrating in the long run you will feel better.
