Doctor ran an unusual set of tests,
Western Blot IgG41 came back positive,
High histamine determination,
high CMV IgG,
high ceruloplasmin,
high copper,
high trans growth factor beta 1,
high absolute lymphs,
high absolute monocytes,
a series of HLA DRB1, DRB345.

Can anyone tell me about this #41 first, and any other comments on the rest? The other labs are all good.

Band 41 is the flagella (tail) of bacteria...not lyme specific, but many of us have that one positive and I've read it is often the first band to show up on a WB for lyme.


CMV = Cytomegalovirus

I think lymphs - is lymphocytes - which is part of the WBC count.
Monocytes = part of the WBC count.

High WBC - can be from your body fighting an infection.

Is your total WBC count high as well?

Hi Christine, I had the HLA testing done. If you google "HLA calculator" you can enter in the genetic info that looks like giberish from the lab results and it will tell you what you are susceptible to- Lyme, mold, etc. At least the set of HLA testing I had done worked that way. The genetic stuff is way over my head!

High tgfb1 can indicate biotoxin illness.
