Calm: Chamomile, Gaba, Valerian, Kava, Passion Flower, Lavender

Repair: B vitamins, Magnesium, EFA's, ALA, Lion's Mane

1-chinese cats claw and iv magnesium. 2-royal jelly and high dose biotin

I haven't found anything reacting to Ceftin (so far) .
