I think it comes down to personal tolerances. I can't have a lot of sugar, or my intestines get crazy with cramping and making all kinds of odd noises, so I can't have a lot of honey, but I can use some, so I'm not sure if it would help me to take it daily for the other properties.
Others have found Manuka honey to be beneficial - but I don't know the daily dose either.
