A anyways well I was doing better, stomach excellent and fatigue was better and strength! I was weight lifting and running again four days a week! 😱 But then I started biocidin, alchornea, and lauricidin this week and I'm herxing again. 😭
So this month I have to start ailanthus, cryptolepsis, and sida Acura, and two antibiotics: cefdinir and Zithromax. That's my update
