My understanding is that if you need to capture a spirochete in a blood sample in order to grow it in a petri dish, then wouldn't you be able to see the DNA of the spirochete if you did PCR on that blood sample? The only advantage I see is if you have some borrelia-like organism that wouldn't show up as borrelia burgdorferi when they do PCR. So if you have a different strain, then maybe Advanced labs could spot it?
I am also highly considering taking hyaluronic acid right before the blood draw to pull them out into the bloodstream.
