This morning I felt a little bit of rhinitis / runny / itchy nose coming on and was wondering if that could be related to the latest herb I added (CSA).
are herbs know to cause allergic reactions in some people?

Herbs are plants and yes they can cause an allergic reaction. That is why we always say "try one drop to see how you do?"
CSA is actually 3 herbs in one bottle. You may need to stop this bottle and try the herbs individually. Once you get the hang of all of them and no reactions, you can transition to the 3-in-1 bottle of CSA.
Anyway, that is what I would do.

ok, thanks. yes I was aware it was a mix. I had already been on Sida Acuta and Crypto individually without issues so it might be the Alchornea.

Ah ha! Stop the CSA and then give it a try. I hope it is nothing.
You might check the internet for allergies in your area at this time of the year. We have a lot of fires around us right now and many people are suffering with allergy symptoms because of the smoke.
Weather.com has pollen count for your zip code. Who knows what might be blooming also.
