Looking for LLMD in charlotte/Matthews north carolina

Hi all I'm new to the forums and I have been experiencing most or all the symptoms I believe to be Lyme disease ( heart palpitations, anxiety, panic attacks , weak joints mainly my knees , stiff neck , shortness of breath , brain fog feeling like I'm drunk difficulty concentrating just to name a few ) and it's been going on for a almost 2 months pretty much everyday. Does anyone know a llmd or can recommend someone for me in North Carolina charlotte area or Matthews

I've gone to the er twice thinking I was going to die or that something was wrong with me they ran ekg , ecg, blood test and all came back normal . Done X-rays normal , tested my thyroid levels and they are normal as well

I went to a local family clinic and they just did blood test for lyme but I'm awaiting results .. its been almost a week now .

I saw an integrative practice in Winston - they were just ok. There's an NP in Greensboro that will do appropriate testing but I'm not sure I'd stick there for long haul. Also, Dr. S R in chapell hill is supposed to be good. I listened to a podcast of her & dr. Neil Nathan and was impressed. Hope this helps. Send me a message if you want a particular name.
