UC + Lyme for 8 years, no relief - Please Help

I am Male age 26

I was diagnosed with UC in 2009, tried every (and I mean every) UC med there is, no luck...Found out in 2014 that I have Lyme Disease (Igenix tested). I did some treatments for that but if affected my gut too much so I had to stop. Still continuing to look for results via homeopathic and prescription remedies. Honestly weed has helped more than anything I have tried. But it's to the point that my doctor is concerned with a potential for colon cancer forming, due to a threshold of 7 years with consistent gut inflammation...I'm going on 8 years now.

My symptoms are chronic diarrhea, with blood when things are bad (which they currently are). Almost little to no stool consistency, and frequency to the point that I have not been able to sleep through the night consistently in almost 8 years. Eating and drinking anything makes me feel gut discomfort which usually leads to a bowel movement. Urgency has always been an issue, which is probably the hardest and most embarrassing part of all of this.

So with this I have been thinking about colon cancer, mostly hoping for the best but prepping for the worst. I have been considering surgery recently too. Anything to make my quality of life easier really.

I am open to any and all suggestions, remedies, positive words, and comments.

Also thinking that maybe you'd be a candidate for IV abx - that way your gut wouldn't be affected.
