I haven't heard much about
this but was wondering if this is something that would be good to add in for detox. Anyone here take it and how much? Is this something that would be taken daily?

Sarsaparilla is an herb that has a proven ability to bind to endotoxins (responsible for herx) in the blood stream and forces them to be eliminated by the digestive tract.
Caution: Sarsaparilla also possesses antimicrobial properties.
What that means is it can detox, but it can also cause microbes to die and that will cause more toxins that need detoxing.

Thanks PeteZa. That's what I was worried about
. I don't need any additional die-off
