Has anyone here read Lyme Brain? Is it worth it? Are there any treatment suggestions that have helped?

hehe - I know what you mean. I might pick it up and give it a read through. It was kind of pricey. Like 40 bucks. I listened to the author on a podcast and she sounded like she was up on things.

I just bought a sauna from Rocky Mountain Saunas. Seems to be helping a lot with neuro lyme. Before I was going to the YMCA to use the sauna so I could only go on the weekends. Now that it's in my house I'll be able to use it every day. We'll see if there's an effect by using it daily. I know it def helps to reduce herxes. I think it dialates blood vessels in the brain to allow release of toxins from kill off. Maybe it does other things too.

I want a sauna so bad. We are moving so hopefully in a year. I hate that I can't retain anything I read. I sat here for 10 minutes trying to remember something from that book. I finally went back to my kindle to see if i bookmarked anything but it says that I returned the book. So it must have been free with Kindle unlimited.

Ya, check out Rocky Mountain Saunas. I'm really impressed with mine. It looks amazing. I can't believe they can sell a sauna for the price they do, and still make a profit. You get so much sauna for such a small price. It doesn't get as hot as the sauna I usually go to at the YMCA, but I guess that's because it's infrared and it heats your body up from the inside or something. The one at the YMCA is a traditional sauna that you can throw water on the rocks, which is cool. But the infrared sauna will make you sweat just as much as the traditional sauna.
