Holy smokes, I am sick again. Did well for a month. Good energy, better eating, etc.
about
4 days ago, I had a horrible reiccurance of nausea, vomiting, hot gurgling acid in my esophagus.
I'm into day 4 of this and now really starting to get concerned. Many of my suppliments are not staying down.
I'm also be quite achey but that could be attributed to a recent fall.
I recently started buhners, very gradually, one at a time, one drop at a time.
I have a call into my gastro Dr and my llmd. They both think the other is crazy, so I'm sure I'll get conflicting opinions on what to do. Hopefully, you guys, my 3rd opinion will have an idea of what the heck to do. Thx!

If it's reflux - you could try D-Limonene.
It's from citrus oils...

Hi ,
Does this seem like it has happened in relation to taking the herbs, sometimes when I had built up to a few different new herbs I would herx after a few days with soreness/achiness. But not the other symptoms.
Just also wondering if maybe your having an adverse reaction to one of the newer ones you have started.
Well,I hope this ends soon and you get back to feeling better. Take care, Jo

Are you taking it every other day...1000 mg capsules? or everyday?
