K07 gave a nice list. Some of the ones he stressed for me were liposomal glutathione, magnesium malate (nutramedix version is the one I take), LDN (low dose naltrexone, 4.5mg). I take many other things as well, but those are some of the most important, NAC as well.
I also take lauricidin, I think it is a good supplement that can work on multiple fronts. Could help with herpes viruses (ebv) and also against candida/funguses? I also take nystatin to hedge against the candida issue.
I take 3 probiotics, Theralac, Ultraflora, and Saccryomyces boulardii (sp?).
There is also omega genics spm active.
He also stresses sleep. If you are having trouble sleeping he recommends various supplements to try and help the patient get adequate rest. Different things work for different patients, and Horowitz is always very good with improvisation and trial and error (imo). I respect his methodology.
I'm rotating off the dapsone protocol but when I was on that I also had other supplements on top of everything else. If certain levels/biomarkers get out of whack from the antimicrobials he tries to do add on various detox supplements to see if it can allow patient to better tolerate antimicrobial therapies. Sometimes patients just have to take a break though depending on the specific issue they are dealing with.
