..............."debilitating fatigue, tremendous brain fog, aching all over, burning in my feet and tingling in my hands, skin rashes, joint pain, chest pain, heart palpitations, mood changes, and poor sleep."
- My past experience was almost exactly the same as Dr Rawls, minus the chest pain.
I cant stay out of the woods LOL. I wont shore fish anymore (weeds around our lake edges) and bought a small solo canoe to fill this void, more room and lighter that a kayak too.
Also prefer shorts so I can feel my legs and visual scan every few minutes. My shoes always have permetherin on them.
On a mnt bike single track loop last sat it started to rain hard, I took the less used, weedy "early out" trail to the gravel road .......and hauled arse as fast as I could through those weeds! No cling-ons (ticks) on me. It was that or commit to a muddy , hilly, single track for 7 more miles in a down pour.
Walking in weeds is something I never do intentionally anymore - if you have to, run.
