My twitching didn't stop until I reduced fat/dairy intake and started addressing biofilm aggressively (MSM helped tremendously for this)

Sometimes the twitching can be the nerves needing to heal.
Mine did go away with treatment.
Hopefully it subsides soon, and you'll be set!!!
Great progress!
Have you been treating with orals for a few years without progress...and now the IV has been working?

Actually I have been undertreated for several years only to do Iv for 2-4 weeks at a time. This dr understands length of therapy I feel. Orals have never worked with me.

So happy you only have twitching left!!!! I hope all the healing continues and this last symptom disappears also.
Take care and please remember to visit and share your success with us for new members down the road on occasion.
Im not sure about

Tindamax is good for the cyst form.
For biofilms - suggestions I have read:
Xylitol and lactoferrin
lumbrokinase
serrapeptase
Stevia

Sounds like parasites to me-my twitching went away after several rounds of ivermectin and albendazole.

Twitching can also be Lyme and/or bart.
Mine resolved with Bart treatment

I had non-stop twitching for 4 days. It went away when I incorporated lemon water daily. Which is slightly weird? because some people have reported that this could actually increase the twitching instead. Yet another proof that our bodies are all different and we have to find what works for each of us.
