Titanium is usually used for implants or prosthetics. Do you have any of those? Otherwise it can be something you got from your job or environment.
Titanium (I have learned this from a girlfriend) is in a lot of things. Including her makeup, sunscreen, toothpaste and even her plastic grocery bags.
Said girlfriend is having a horrible time with her knee replacement and she is in the process of going to a lab in California for metal testing of all kinds to see if she is allergic to the replacement part or even the glue. Titanium is highly suspected because of her knee replacement.
She has a lot of strange symptoms and at first it sounded like she had lyme disease. None of her problems are neuro, but her immune system is fighting and she is fatigued, boils, eye problems, muscle aches, and a cough. At first I told her to get a lyme test. She thinks it all happened because of her knee replacement. I think the knee replacement stirred up lyme that was lying dormant. We will see.
Her metal testing is 3 months out. We thought seeing a lyme doctor was slow. Evidently so is getting a metal test at this lab in CA.
