Freeze garlic pills, the strongest SUPPLEMENT I ever took. I usually kept a box in the freezer, just in case.
It's quite widespectrum, full of allicin, the taste is mild.
Lately, I've been trying homemade kimchi.
It has the SAME effect (possibly even stronger, as garlic is fermeneted).
Kimchi has LOADS of garlic and onions and ginger in GREAT amounts each. All are fermented, which sort of doubles the effect, I think.
Some people I know cannot take even a spoon of kimchi (homemade) without massive herxes.
I was thriving on kimchi during winter. It gave me horrible candida herxes, then I could control a very very chronic candida basically with kimchi mostly.
I had to stop eating as my whole house was smelly, in hot weather. I'll start doing it again in Sep or Oct, for sure. It's extremely antimicrobial, and I believe, even anti parasitic (because of ginger, I suppose?).
did you eat raw or cooked? I swear, raw is much stronger!!!!
I even drink the juice kimich is fermented in. It's the best probiotic on the planet.
