Help with Armin Lyme results - weak positive seraspot

Hi everyone,

I've received my Armin lab results back and received negative ELISPOT results and negative seraspot, apart from one positive band (Serapot v1sE (afzelii). My CD57 is also low (used to be 45 and now 73). I don't recall ever having a tick bite but have travelled a lot through Europe and Australia, including bush land areas, and also America. The commentary says borderline weak positive so I'm really confused about whether to start Lyme treatment? Can anyone help interpret these please?!

I've had chronic fatigue / Lyme symptoms for 3 years which are worsening - constant flu like symptoms, headaches, body aches, dizziness, feeling hot and cold, insomnia and anxiety, sore throats, shakiness, burning head / inflamed brain type feeling. Am unable to work and feel severely flu-ish / like I have a virus every day. When symptoms begun I just assumed I was run down as was living abroad and travelling a lot, although my symptoms are worsening despite me not working and resting a lot - feel like the neurological symptoms (burning and inflamed brain / head feeling worsening).

I've got no current infections or viruses (blood tests show exposure to EBV and CMV) but nothing current. The commentary on the Armin results is somewhat vague and says refer to the CD57 results (low i.e. Assume positive for Lyme) and the elispot (negative i.e. Assume negative for Lyme?) These are contradictory therefore I'm so confused!! Can anyone help?
