I haven't done anything to detox except for starting to take curcumin at the start of taking abx because I haven't had a reaction that was intolerable until yesterday. Man, it's 4:30PM here now and I'm just now getting ready to leave my bed. I'm trying to limit alcohol now haven't had any since last week's vacation. Diet changes I'll try to work on, but have never been very good at even before this (bad habits take a while to break!). I think I'll head to the pharmacy in a few minutes and see if they have epsom salts and a brush for the dry skin brushing (I don't know if these will be available though... would a loofah work just as well? from my understanding dry skin brushing is just to
open pores).
Any other specific detox methods you guys recommend? Keep in mind I'm limited in what is available to me. I read on tiredoflyme about
adding hydrogen peroxide to a bath.... even that is limited in availability here, I had an ear infection 2 years ago and all I wanted was hydrogen peroxide and went to two pharmacy's that had no idea what it was (even after google translating). I will see if I can find some apple cider vinegar as well (this took me a few months my first year here to find as well).
update: Just want to two pharmacies on my street armed with a translation for epsom salts both had an idea about
what it was but did not have it. No luck on the brush but found a loofah. Bought some lemons to make lemon water and some apple cider vinegar. I don't know if it's "raw" or not (I can't read Chinese). Will try these things! I feel like I'm wandering around in the dark here!
