Reactive 41 IgG & 23 IgM + other blood results

My lymes test the first round was

Reactive: 18 & 41 IgG
Reactive: 23 IgM

Lyme Antibodies, IGG = 0.01
Lyme Antibodies IGM = 0.16

The results also read I tested Equivocal/Positive for Borrelia Burgdorferi

Here's the other things that tested HIGH in my blood results CBC Results

White Blood Cell = 10.29 10*3/uL
Eosinophils = 5%
EOSINOPHIL= 0.6 10*3/uL

CMP Results Issues

Osmolality, Calc = 275mOs/kg LOW
SGOT = 14u/l LOW


SECOND ROUND -my Doctor only gave me a script for them to test for Lymes in my blood (NO other blood work was ordered, even though I had High WBC, etc)

Reactive: 41 IgG
Reactive: 23 IgM


Can anyone help clear this up for me...do I have lymes or no???

I assume the reason you were tested for Lyme disease is because you have symptoms that may indicate LD and/or you had a tick bite recently?

Band 23 is specific to Lyme - meaning nothing else will produce that band to be positive.

Those test results back up a clinical diagnosis of Lyme disease.

23 is definitely Lyme specific. 41 can be Lyme as well.

So you having both means yes.
