Upper body/heart jerking?

I have Lyme, bartonella, chronic migraines, and POTS. Every once in awhile my muscles twitch or jerk. Doesn't really bother me when it's my legs or arms, but sometimes my upper body jerks. Like I'll be lying down or sitting and my chest jerks forward, and it feels like my heart jerks too. I've had my heart looked at and it always comes back healthy, butting scares the hell out of me. Probably because my heart might be/is involved.

Is this a Lyme or POTS thing that anyone has experience with? I just don't want to keep thinking I might die whenever it happens.

The twitching and jerking - is not from POTS.

I had the twitching and jerking. (I was twitching in many areas of my body...and when I laid down at night my right leg would jerk)

I also have POTS. When I stand up from sitting, my heart rate goes up...mine is considered mild because it usually will only raise to 100 bpm.
I also have reddish tops of feet. My LLND said it's venous pooling from the POTS.

I have read POTS can be from Babesia...but I wouldn't be surprised if the others (lyme/bart) also causes it.

I did treat extensively lyme and bart - and I still have the POTS. I'm not treating Babesia - so am hoping it resolves it.
