sauna need clever way to reword it

I'm relocating to west coast for a new job. The company refuses to move my small coffin sized sauna. I've tried to explain this is not for vanity, I have lyme and need it for detoxing. How can I reword it so that I can get it moved?
Should I call it some other type of equipment? I've tried looking up thesaurus it calls it a steam room.
Maybe a medical device?
