before supplementing, why are you not testing your electrolyte levels first?
they are among the most inexpensive blood tests that you can do, probably 2-3$ for each of them. You should test magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium. sometimes they can be too high, so supplementation is not a good idea, especially for calcium and potassium. bananas have a lot of potassium. Anyway, just taking all sorts of things without testing your levels first is a really bad idea. Maybe the exception would be magnesium.
