need LLMD who treats with IV abx, anywhere in U.S.

I need to find a LLMD who will treat with IV abx. I have neuro lyme and GI problems and I can't take oral abx at the present. Have been to four LLMDs and all of them use just pills.

Doesn't matter where this doctor is, am willing to travel or relocate if necessary. Thanks!
