Hematuria - Blood in urine

Just got checked up because my wife pointed out my urines been a bit dark lately. Thought it might just be dehydration. Drinking some definitely helped. But i went to the doc anyways. All my labs are good except the urinalysis found "Blood: trace non-hemolyzed". Anyone had this issue? I'm not sure what to make of this. Really hope it's not a kidney problem. I mean i'm pretty positive my urinary tract and kidneys are infected but I've never actually had an abnormal test from it before. All my other kidney function tests are fine though.

Psilo - I had that too. Actually a few times. But my urine wasn't dark.

Nothing was done to follow up though.

I would think if it's only a trace then it shouldn't darken your urine.

Yeah that would be odd. Maybe the issues are separate? Or maybe my urine wasn't as dark that morning from drinking water? I don't think it was that clear but it was hard to tell because the cup was not clear. I don't even know what's dark any more because I keep psyching myself out. My wife says it is but she never lets go of her water bottle so bad comparison. My dogs urine looks dark to me. Who knows what's real these days confused

Nothing yet. Just got my results back in the patient portal and he offered to refer me. I asked him his thoughts so hopefully he will say something

I tend to have trace amounts of blood too (urinalysis) but nothing visible.

Nobody ever seems concerned about it.

Hmm they definitely asserted to me that it wasn't normal. I'm hoping it's just one of those Lyme damage things that will go away as I keep improving.

Whatever it is I hope it is not serious.
I hate how lyme scares us so much with all the symptoms. With my headaches, I was sure a stroke was coming. With my heart beating so fast, I thought it was going to be an attack.
I hate the fear. It is not healthy at all.

Definitely. That's the worst part of this. I've had both of those exact fears. Fears of melanoma, liver failure, heart attack, stroke... the pain doesn't bother me half as much

I checked my labs and it does say trace non-hemo. Do you have urinary symptoms? I have frequency and used to have some uncomfortable feeling after. Urinary symptoms always manifest as a "herx" for me.

Yes and no. I've had urinary problems since high school. Way before Lyme. Just occasional bouts of stinging burning pee. Virgin at the time. Dr basically indirectly attributed it to ********** too much. Told me it was probably a build up of semen. I never bought that diagnosis. God is not that cruel. Lyme hasn't made it any worse or more frequent. But interestingly when I stopped treating Lyme from too many herxes I felt like I got an instant urinary tract infection. Like I was peeing liquid fire. Like I had pissed off something that was living in my urethra. But I never had trace blood before. With Lyme I do get occasional pains in my kidney area though. Especially more recently as I've been treating more thoroughly and consistently

Mine is like urethra pain too. Abx seemed to clear a lot up. Do you have bart? Pretty sure that is a major player with my urinary stuff.

I never tested positive for bart but honestly I don't know what I have. I've tested for babesia and ehrlichia but all my symptoms are pretty classic Lyme. Carditis, arthritis, myalgia, peripheral neuropathy. But who knows what else is in there.

I have bloody urine, it's usually dark orange or light red when it has blood in it.
Mine is from kidney inflammation, taking Drainage kit tinctures from Pekana really helped. Way cheaper through my LLMD than online.
